As Chief of Staff, you will collaborate closely with our CEO and founding team on a range of tasks including strategic initiatives, product development, client onboarding, cultivating sales leads, and operational functions such as budgeting and accounting. This is a unique opportunity to have exposure to a variety of functions within a well-funded startup that is positioned to have meaningful impact in healthcare.

• Prior startup experience

In 1 month, you’ll

• Gain a foundational understanding of GuidedOR

• Provide strategic and operational support to the CEO
   

In 3 months, you’ll

• Assist with scientific writing and technical documentation

• Maintain the company’s budget
   

In 6 months, you’ll

• Build relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients and suppliers

• Assist with onboarding new clients
   

In 12 months, you’ll

• Lead special projects

• Assist with onboarding new employees
